Joceline has over 20 years of experience in dealing with a wide variety of prescriptions from low Myopia to specialty lenses for high Aphakic patients. Her ability to adjust glasses has come from years of listening to what her patients have to say. With the help of our state of the art edging system, Joceline can customize the lens shape and make custom clips for any style of frame. Joceline's contact lens experience allows her to fit a wide range of patients from 3 years old to 70 years old. You are never too old for contacts and there is a contact for all your growing needs!

AWNDREA BELANGER
Licensed Optician and Certified Contact Lens Fitter

Awndrea started in the optical industry in 2004 and graduated from optical science in 2007. Awndrea has recently completed her certified contact lens fitting license in December of 2009.

PETER KING
Optical Dispenser

Peter has over 45 years of experience as an optical dispenser. He began his career at Imperial Optical and over the years has become one of the best dispensers of glasses in Manitoba. His knowledge is constantly being challenged with our ever-changing industry standards. Peter has semi retired and can be found helping out his patients in Deer Lodge Centre.

ASHLEY DELF
Licensed Optician

Ashley has 5 years of experience as an ophthalmic dispenser. Ashley has finished the licensing program through NAIT, and has become a Licensed Optician in July of 2010. At the South Winnipeg Eye Centre, Ashley has already gained experience and is well on her way to becoming one of the best Opticians in the city of Winnipeg.

DANIELLE
Optical Dispenser

Danielle has quickly learnt what it takes to become an Optical Dispenser. Danielle is currently studying science at the University of Winnipeg, which has helped her to understand optics and lens designs that are necessary in becoming a good dispenser.

ANNA-MARIE HOY
Licensed Optician

Anna joined our office in December 2010. Anna first started in the industry in December 2003, recieved all accreditations and became a licensed optician in August 2006. Her experience and knowledge will surely bring value in helping all our patients choose the right eyewear for their ever changing needs.

DR. NADINE SHELTON
Optometrist

Dr. Shelton joined our practice September 1st, 2008, after graduating from the Indiana University school of Optometry in May 2008. While in optometry school, she took a special interest in pediatrics and low vision aids. Dr. Shelton also conducted research in the subject of dry eyes, while attending Indiana. Dr. Shelton currently performs eye exams at the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB), when she is not working at one of our two offices. She is currently accepting patients of all ages, and can bill most insurance companies. Dr. Shelton is fluent in French and provides services en francais.

DR. JAMES RAMSAY
Eye Physician

Dr. Ramsay has been working as an eye physician for South Winnipeg Eye Centre since 1997. With his strong medical background, he has become a valuable asset to our ever growing team.
