On March 3, 1997, the South Winnipeg Eye Centre opened at #1-1500 Dakota Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The owner, Joceline Krzyszczyk, had a vision … everyone deserves the right to quality products at reasonable prices. She developed the motto "where service and quality meet eye to eye". This independent optician believes in her vision and demands her staff are trained and updated in new products.
